About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our team at gener8tor. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of early-stage companies through our network-driven program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including mentors, investors, and corporate partners, to foster a strong network for our startups.
  • Startup Recruitment: Recruit, vet, and select startup participants for our gBETA Fargo and gBETA Grand Forks programs.
  • Program Execution: Plan and execute two gBETA programs per year, one in each location, ensuring a seamless experience for our participants.
  • Alumni Support: Assist alumni with ongoing mentor, sponsor, and investor relations, helping them prepare for investment through our gener8tor North Dakota accelerator program.
  • Community Engagement: Be the primary advocate for our startups and entrepreneurs, supporting their growth and success.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the gener8tor team across multiple programs to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Passion for Entrepreneurship: Demonstrate a strong passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to supporting startups and small businesses.
  • Program Management Experience: Possess at least one year of experience in program or product management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the needs of our startups and team.
