Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing individualized support plans
Conducting assessments and creating progress reports
Coordinating and facilitating support network meetings
Traveling to local community sites to assess progress and provide training to Direct Support Professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field
Minimum one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, or a related field
Must complete competency-based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Division
Current driver's license
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing behavioral support programs and personal objectives
