Auto Dealership Accounting Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting team as an Auto Dealership Accounting Office Admin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, as well as supporting our title processing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Support our title processing department, ensuring seamless processing of vehicle titles
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous payroll experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management
