Job Overview

The Busick Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for remote sales consultants to join our team. This is a commission-based sales position with an estimated average commission of $550 per sale.

You will have the opportunity to build your own team and obtain contractual ownership of your own agency if desired. Our team provides one-on-one mentorship, meets virtually with families to protect them through various life and health products, and promotes personal growth and development within our community.

Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Become licensed to sell life and health insurance products.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
