Job Title: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Insight Global, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive new customer acquisition and corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to sales team members to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a focus on enterprise sales and team management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to inform sales strategies.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
