Job Description

The Asian Institute of Management seeks a skilled Relationship Manager to operationalize the strategies of the Career Services Office. This role involves establishing and cultivating relationships to facilitate the talent attraction program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet the needs of graduating students.
  • Build and maintain corporate relationships locally and internationally, fostering employer engagement and facilitating the recruitment of graduating students.
  • Seek and facilitate participation of industry partners in career and professional development activities for students.
  • Collaborate with the Career Services Office to create and implement effective talent attraction strategies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree holder is an advantage.
  • Five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of account management, sales, marketing, business development, events/project management, and customer service.
  • Practical working knowledge of marketing, events management, stakeholder management, counseling, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Canva, and Mailchimp.
