As a Dental Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions, educate patients on preventive care measures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- An active Oregon State dental license
- Current DEA certification without restrictions
- The ability to be credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, private, and other insurance plans
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality healthcare to diverse populations
