Payroll Operations Coordinator Position at The BLS Company

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Payroll Operations Coordinator at The BLS Company, a prominent ground transportation company in the United States.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the team to process payroll for multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate execution. They will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and data using the ADP system, reviewing and validating payroll reports, addressing employee inquiries, staying up-to-date on evolving payroll laws and regulations, and supporting year-end payroll processing and reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to process payroll for multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data using ADP.
  • Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay current on changing payroll laws and regulations.
  • Support year-end payroll processing and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation and sick days, medical insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid training opportunities, and a relaxed, casual dress code.
