About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students and passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching all buses to ensure on-time performance of routes
  • Counseling drivers and monitors on frontline operations
  • Handling heavy phone and radio traffic to maintain effective communication
  • Serving as primary liaison with major contracted customers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in transportation or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Basic knowledge of radio dispatch equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work under time constraints and deadlines
