About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant at ACS System Associates, you will be responsible for maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems, handling requests for information and data, resolving problems, and answering verbal inquiries. You will also prepare written responses to routine inquiries and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and experience in the HVAC or Mechanical Construction Industry is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
