Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure the store, restrooms, and offices are clean and sanitized, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming the building floor.
- Trash and Recycling: Gather and empty trash, and maintain a clean and organized recycling area.
- Restroom Maintenance: Service, clean, and supply restrooms, including cleaning windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and restocking toilet paper and soap.
- Dust and Polish: Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment, and polish surfaces as needed.
- Floor Maintenance: Maintain a dry floor area, especially at the front door, and deploy wet floor cones when necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Friendly and people-oriented, positive attitude, team player, quality-focused, work with a sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and quickly adapt to changes.
The work environment is typical of an office and retail store, with a noise level ranging from quiet to loud. The physical demands of the job include lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
