  • Facilitate outreach and recruitment initiatives aimed at enhancing university students' understanding of and enthusiasm for careers within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Establish and nurture collaborations with U.S. academic institutions to bolster foreign language programs and create pathways for language students to transition into the IC.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various IC agencies to formulate comprehensive recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Organize and manage both virtual and in-person outreach activities, including conferences, expert panels, and informational sessions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the IC Community of Practice for Language Recruiting and the IC Centers for Academic Excellence Program.
  • Prepare briefing materials, document meeting minutes, and produce other written documentation as necessary; maintain databases of partner institutions.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in planning and executing IC-related events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or no degree with at least 9 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with the ODNI Event Coordination System.
  • Knowledge of the National Security Education Program.
  • Experience supporting communities of practice or interagency collaboration.
  • Background in working with student populations.
