Position Title: Redemptions Agent

Compensation: $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (initially onsite for training, with hybrid options available thereafter)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in both outbound and inbound communication with customers to facilitate:
    • Collection of payments on active and closed accounts through various methods, utilizing exceptional customer service skills. This may involve addressing overdue payments, lease-end fees, or deficiency balances.
    • Negotiation of payment arrangements for customers requiring assistance, ensuring follow-up on pending actions or expired agreements.
    • Provision of outstanding customer service while managing incoming inquiries from both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee a designated portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers and assets when direct contact proves difficult, and coordinate repossession efforts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address escalated customer concerns and complaints effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process enhancements and training materials.
  • Adhere to corporate standards and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the automotive finance industry is advantageous.
