- Evaluate the most effective course of action and guide drivers accordingly.
- Review and confirm all estimated costs, securing necessary approvals.
- Facilitate communication with all relevant departments regarding status updates, costs, and anticipated downtime.
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure swift repairs and maintenance.
- Uphold data integrity within computer systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Foster positive relationships with drivers while managing repair processes.
- Execute additional duties as required by business needs or assigned by management.
- Oversee the generation and distribution of reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage breakdown incidents exceeding 12 hours, ensuring clear communication with Maintenance, Operations, and Drivers.
