Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide market expertise and intelligence on CTLs and Skid Steer Loaders (SSLs) to the Product Management Team and distributors.
  • Develop and execute competitive analysis, including data gathering, market trend analysis, and pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Act as a business advocate, interpreting market trends, generating consumer feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Identify target markets and market penetration strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including design, performance needs, features, and options.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, track sales trends, and measure product success.
  • Discern and generate business cases for product extensions and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction equipment sales, marketing, or engineering roles, with strong familiarity with CTLs and SSLs.
  • Professional-level knowledge of business development, marketing, and sales principles.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce or other CRM solutions.
Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
