Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our team at the HERTRICH Family of Automobile Dealerships. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.
  • Perform routine service inspections and test vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.
  • Repair and maintain a variety of vehicles, including cars and light trucks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the automotive industry.
  • Work effectively with service advisors and other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • ASE Certifications (or a desire to obtain them)
  • Automotive Maintenance and Repair experience
  • Impressive Work Ethic
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and reliable
  • Full set of tools
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions
