Compensation: $19.25+ per hour
Employment Type: 12-month contract
Shifts: Day & Night, Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and process materials to recover usable products.
- Execute advanced assembly tasks following precise specifications and guidelines.
- Select appropriate materials to complete standard operations.
- Utilize inspection tools to verify the quality of finished products.
- Operate various machinery and hand tools to fulfill assigned duties.
- Conduct visual inspections for quality assurance.
- Rotate through multiple workstations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and report defects in the assembly line to ensure prompt resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.
- A minimum of one year in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools; familiarity with PC-based testing equipment is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities are essential.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination is required.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Must follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals. Tekberry offers a referral bonus of $100.
