Employment Type: 12-month contract

Shifts: Day & Night, Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 10-hour shifts

Location: Newark, DE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and process materials to recover usable products.
  • Execute advanced assembly tasks following precise specifications and guidelines.
  • Select appropriate materials to complete standard operations.
  • Utilize inspection tools to verify the quality of finished products.
  • Operate various machinery and hand tools to fulfill assigned duties.
  • Conduct visual inspections for quality assurance.
  • Rotate through multiple workstations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and report defects in the assembly line to ensure prompt resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools; familiarity with PC-based testing equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities are essential.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination is required.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Must follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
