Position Overview

The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist is essential in delivering technical assistance and training across all product lines at Bowe Systec North-America Inc. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, effectively diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hardware, software, and system challenges in accordance with established company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reduce client downtime by identifying and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and software issues on Bowe products and compatible third-party devices.
  • Ensure the upkeep of client equipment through regular and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of equipment parts and initiate orders for restocking as necessary.
  • Investigate product malfunctions and procure replacement components as required.
  • Support clients in their daily operations and offer training when needed.
  • Escalate technical challenges and relay insights to management.
  • Review reports to guarantee optimal client uptime.
  • Enhance technical expertise through available training programs.
  • Provide assistance to clients and fellow technicians.
  • Participate in product installations, assessments, and modifications.
  • Comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with training in mechanical, electronic, or software disciplines and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
