Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
  • Work with existing merchants to upsell our products and services
  • Review accounts holistically and identify new opportunities for merchants to improve their payment acceptance and day-to-day operations
  • Own the renewal, expansion, and closure of contracts for assigned portfolios or accounts
  • Educate customers on best business practices and associated contractual implications
  • Be responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, overall management of the relationship, and client retention activities
  • Renegotiate rates and fees resulting in extended contracts when appropriate
  • Take inbound queue calls and make outbound calls
