Job OverviewPosition Summary:

RimePro Inc. is a distinguished luxury residential construction firm renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship in high-end home development, including opulent estates and hillside residences. We are currently in search of a proficient Construction Project Supervisor to lead and manage the construction processes of these elite properties. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic setting, overseeing all facets of the building operation with accuracy and effectiveness. The Construction Project Supervisor must possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities for luxury residential developments, including estates and hillside homes.
  • Support the project team in planning and establishing construction timelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all project components, including specifications, timelines, budgets, and subcontractor management, while ensuring effective communication with the project team.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring streamlined operations.
  • Accurately read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, utility providers, and municipal inspectors to organize and direct project activities.
  • Track and manage project progress by overseeing the construction schedule and directing subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction of single-family homes, particularly in luxury residential, estates, mansions, and hillside projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of various construction trades and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
