RCP Construction is a well-regarded commercial building firm located in El Dorado Hills, dedicated to serving the Greater Sacramento area and the SF Bay Area. We provide a vibrant work atmosphere with ample opportunities for professional growth and are currently looking for a Project Manager to enhance our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and oversee project financial plans
- Manage several projects simultaneously
- Effectively address change orders
- Establish and uphold project timelines
- Provide regular updates on project progress
- Oversee RFI and submission processes
- Work closely with the Project Superintendent on site management
- Evaluate and authorize project expenditures
- Direct quality assurance initiatives
- Assist in project completion activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project oversight
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Procore
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
