Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Laguna Hills. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for developing scopes of work, creating supporting documentation, and managing proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scopes of work from provided RFPs
  • Create supporting documentation, spreadsheets, proposals, and presentations
  • Accurately price projects and manage upcoming proposals
  • Draft compelling proposals and foster clear communication between teams and stakeholders
  • Manage project revisions and submit change orders
  • Compile data for presentations and assist senior estimators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of estimating experience
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Knowledge of pricing, labor rates, and permitting processes
  • Familiarity with multiple trades, including carpentry and structural framing

Desirable Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word, Google Docs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read plan details for structural elements
