Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive 3 to join our team at RSA Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the territory/account base and attain financial objectives
  • Understand customers' business and solutions requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Manage relationships with senior-level leaders and executives, and identify opportunities for junior account managers to fill geographic or vertical coverage gaps
  • Identify and leverage business trends to create a differentiated offering and position RSA Security to capture business
  • Interface directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our solutions and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, company products, and services
  • Advanced oral, written, and presentation communication skills to interact with upper leadership
