This is an operationally hands-on position that requires a strong leader who can drive business results, develop people, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage store operations, including profitability, sales growth, inventory, scheduling, labor hours, cleanliness of the store, maintenance of the facility, and food cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
