Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our healthcare operations team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of our residents. This includes overseeing all clinical programs, ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and training our clinical and home health aides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all clinical programs
- Quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Training of clinical and home health aides
- Ability to travel within the Home Health geographic area approximately 50% of the time
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years RN experience, preferably within Home Health
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long term care, hospital or home health environment
- Ability to delegate and oversee care
- Proven good judgment, time management, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to be on call during weekends with flexible hours during the week as needed for patient care
