Clinical Manager RN Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Manager RN to oversee the health and wellness of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the care provided aligns with the Service Care Plan and supervising a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise care teams, including Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides.
  • Oversee and monitor client health and wellness in accordance with their Service Care Plan.
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families and physicians to ensure cohesive care.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and implement quality improvement measures.
  • Embody Sunrise Senior Living's core values in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license.
  • Proven experience in clinical management, preferably in home care or assisted living.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.
