Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Application Services for EH&S. This role will be responsible for leading the IT strategy and direction for Environmental Health and Safety, a business unit of Campus Services in Harvard's Central Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a trusted partner relationship with EH&S leadership and staff.
  • Develop and implement the IT roadmap to support the business strategy of EH&S.
  • Lead the delivery of non-ITCRB IT projects for EH&S, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Provide thought leadership and vision on technologies supporting EH&S.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred.
