Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Belcan Services Group Ltd Partnership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing key account plans, building and managing executive-level relationships, and extracting best overall long-term value from our strategic customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute key account plans, including relationship maps, dashboards, objectives, and performance measures.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships within our strategic customers, fostering working relationships throughout their organization.
- Extract best overall long-term value from our relationships with customers and markets.
- Support multiple company site sales and organic growth activities related to our customers and platforms.
- Identify and exploit opportunities to leverage scale to deliver organic growth opportunities and/or smoother transitions.
- Provide an impartial voice of the customer role and develop a deep understanding of our customers' organization, processes, and behaviors.
- Maintain and prioritize year-round contact at all levels of our customers' organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between our customers and the company for all matters related to the customer/platform/market.
- Act as a company advocate, educating our customers about who we are and the value we bring to customers.
- Coach and coordinate site teams/management on responsiveness, relationships, communications, and timing.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure the business is aware of contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a business discipline and 10 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in a business discipline and 12 years of relevant experience, or 15 years of relevant customer relations experience in the aviation/aerospace field.
- Familiarity with power-by-hour contracts.
- General awareness/understanding of customers' aftermarket requirements.
- Aviation/Aerospace/OEM/Mfg industry experience.
- Senior-level relationship-focused sales experience with travel.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally 60-80%.
