We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Liaison/VA to join our Emergency and Critical Care team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a point of contact for communication between clients, doctors, and support staff
- Obtain and report vital signs as needed
- Recognize changes in patient status and report to the doctor
- Counsel owners, prepare medications, and discharge patients
- Assist support staff as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting
- Experience in emergency/urgent care is a plus
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Competitive hourly wage: $18-$23/hour
