Veterinary Liaison Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary ECC Liaison VA to join our Emergency and Critical Care department at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, communicating effectively with clients and staff, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for communication between clients, doctors, and support staff
- Obtain and report vital signs as needed
- Recognize changes in patient status and report to the doctor
- Counsel owners, prepare medications, and discharge patients
- Assist support staff as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commit to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
