Overview:

SymQuest, a Konica Minolta Company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Networked Solutions team. As a Network Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical installation and post-installation support services to clients across Vermont and New Hampshire. Your strong customer service, communication, and technical skills will enable you to deliver an exceptional experience for clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure connected devices and software solutions on client networks.
  • Provide troubleshooting and integration support for networked hardware and software solutions.
  • Manage the installation process, including equipment setup, testing, user training, and necessary follow-up communication and documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve high-priority issues from clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and internal teams to ensure successful installation and support of connected products.
  • Contribute to enhancing existing networking solutions and identify innovative ideas.
  • Provide consultative pre-sales services to clients.
  • Travel to visit clients and provide secondary coverage for a geographic region.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to present information effectively.
  • Proficiency with PCs, latest operating systems, and network operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of routers and switches, and networking certifications are highly desirable.
