Gate Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Gate Automation Leader to join our team at Superior Fence & Rail of Arkansas. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for leading the installation of complex fence and gate projects, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the installation of fence and gate projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Assist in estimating and planning projects, including site visits and material selection
- Collaborate with the installation team to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members
- Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate project progress
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fence and gate installation, with a focus on gate automation
- Proven track record of leading installation teams and achieving high-quality results
- Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and welding techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
