Job Title: SVP, Relationship Manager

Enterprise Bank & Trust is a leading financial institution that has been serving the community for years. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing new commercial deposit and loan accounts, as well as enhancing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new commercial relationships by providing financial solutions to existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage and service commercial relationships by analyzing financial data and determining creditworthiness.
  • Approve loans within assigned lending authority and recommend credits outside of lending authority to the next level or Loan Committee.
  • Monitor market conditions and make recommendations to maintain a competitive and profitable product line.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all commercial products to facilitate cross-selling and enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of seven years of commercial lending experience, preferably in mid-sized companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to cross-sell other banking products and develop and retain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of discretion and judgment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business with emphasis in financial banking preferred.
