Position Overview

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus, along with a quarterly incentive plan and monthly attendance rewards.

The hourly wage for this role is $16.00.


This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Typical shifts are from 3 PM to 11 PM, with some mid-shifts available for qualified candidates.

We seek highly motivated individuals with a passion for guest service to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality that leaves a lasting first impression on our guests.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will check in and register guests, serving as a knowledgeable resource regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in discovering their ideal experiences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest.
  • Check guests in, ensuring accurate credit processing, noting and fulfilling special requests, and establishing correct information.
  • Resolve issues and exceed guest expectations through effective recovery strategies.
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs.
  • Interact professionally with hotel staff, providing necessary information to other departments.
  • Be well-versed in all emergency procedures and policies.
  • Maintain the house bank.
  • Communicate relevant information to the manager on duty.
  • Follow established procedures for posting charges, cashing checks, handling safe deposits, and processing refunds.
  • Assist other departments as required.

Exceptional guest service skills are essential.

Compensation Details

The compensation for this position is $16.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
