BlueLine Property Management is seeking a motivated and professional individual to fill a part-time position as a Property Manager. This role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of a 25-unit LIHTC Affordable Apartment community in Big Sky, MT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage waitlists, showings, applications, resident interviews, agreements, pre-inspections, regulation compliance, move-ins, resident relations, vacancies, and renewals.
  • Market the property regularly to attract new residents.
  • Maintain state compliance requirements and ensure the property is in good repair.
  • Collect rent, prepare reports, and handle eviction processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance, manage resident requests, and oversee preventative maintenance and remodels.
  • Manage vendors, legal counsel, and utility services.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, financial tracking, and property management software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
  • A background check.
  • A household income that does not exceed $21,720 if living alone, $32,520 if there are two people in the household, $34,320 if there are three people in the household, or $40,620 a year if there are four people in the household.
