About the Role: As a Senior Meat Cutter at Walmart, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering exceptional customer service to our members. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Be an advocate for the department and the club, model high-quality service and products, and execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
