Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with other associates to meet the member's expectations.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, and develop interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high-quality service and products, and execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality.

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will also be responsible for complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

To be successful in this role, you will need 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department, and must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred qualifications include experience in the meat processing area.
