Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Counselor to join our team at ALM Hopewell Center. The successful candidate will provide treatment services to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders, utilizing the Integrated Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily team meetings and treatment planning meetings
  • Provide clinical services to individuals enrolled in SUD services, including individual, group, couples, and family counseling/therapy
  • Participate as an active member of the multi-service center leadership team
  • Ensure program fidelity with national model
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • Licensed (or provisionally licensed) QMHP with one year of full-time experience in substance use treatment
  • Or, a person certified or registered as a substance abuse professional by the Missouri Substance Abuse Counselor's Certification Board
  • Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in mental health and social services; Master's Preferred
