Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for a full spectrum of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive-related conditions.
- Work with patients in both traditional outpatient behavioral health settings and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Participate in regular consultation and education sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- A centralized intake office to streamline client scheduling and management.
- An efficient and professionally run billing service to minimize administrative burdens.
- Marketing support to help promote your services and attract new clients.
- Assistance with managed care, including credentialing and consultation on practice development.
- The flexibility to build a diverse caseload around your areas of interest and specialization.
- A compensation plan based on a percentage of net cash collections, allowing you to earn competitive compensation and achieve your financial goals.
- A Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g. MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D.).
- Full licensure by the State of Missouri to practice independently.
- Credentialing eligibility for managed care panels in Missouri.
- Experience and specialty focus within the area of anxiety, with the ability to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment of a full spectrum of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive-related conditions.
