Position Summary

The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at supporting our mechanics, supervisors, and customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage shop office duties with precision to facilitate operations.
  • Communication: Handle incoming service department calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Documentation: Prepare quotes, memos, and letters as required.
  • Data Management: Input and maintain information in the standard job system.
  • Warranty Processing: Oversee warranty claims and ensure all reports are handled efficiently.
  • Research: Provide repair information to customers and staff as needed.
  • Mail Management: Organize service-related mail, including delivery and collection.
  • Order Processing: Manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations of the service office.
  • Manual Maintenance: Update the Service Procedure Manual and Standards of Performance regularly.
  • Rate Management: Ensure accuracy in sell rates for various divisions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
