Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead our data engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data solutions that support business strategy and drive data-driven decisions.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities of the data engineering team, including pipeline development, data warehousing, and visualization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine analytical goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Participate in the design and architecture process for data analytics initiatives.
  • Pursue opportunities to improve overall analytics practices and policies.
  • Lead organization in building a strong data engineering culture.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans for project sponsors and business stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of data engineering experience for analytics purposes.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams building analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in database warehouse design.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with reporting/visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer-first and results-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Informatica.
  • Experience with cloud solutions; GCP a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Exposure to Web Services.
  • Exposure to AI/ML.
