About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, including negotiation, administration, and close-out, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize business outcomes and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and administration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in contract administration and management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex contracts, including negotiation, administration, and close-out.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations to optimize business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and other Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) and other contract types.
