Job Title: Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines, applying evidence-based practice to patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nebraska
  • Experience in hospital medicine or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
