About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our client delivery teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete expense reports for Analytics, AMI, Budgeting, and Communication teams
  • Track receipts and contact team members as needed
  • Process time adjustments and set up meetings and meals for team members
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings

Requirements

A minimum of two (2) years of clerical/administrative or customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Oracle and Maximo is a plus.

This role requires excellent communication skills, calendar management, and logistic coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to plan meetings/conference calls, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings into actionable tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
