Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa, a renowned destination in the Birmingham area and central Alabama, is seeking an experienced Banquet Operations Coordinator to join its hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. They will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the Banquet department, streamlining operations, and ensuring a smooth operation of banquet services.

Key responsibilities include securing Banquet Event Orders for scheduling purposes, processing and posting banquet checks, and following closing procedures. The successful candidate will also update the Banquet checks daily, maintain office supplies inventory, and order additional labor from staffing agencies when required.

To excel in this role, candidates should have proficiency in various software and office tools, with experience in operating NGS (Next Generation System) being highly desirable. The ability to efficiently and knowledgeably manage banquet operations, secure accurate event details, and maintain effective communication with the Sales/Catering staff are essential.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
