Key Responsibilities
  • Process warranty claims for submission to the manufacturer.
  • Ensure all claims are complete with proper documentation, including repair orders, parts, and labor.
  • Track and monitor warranty claims to ensure timely payment.
  • Communicate with service technicians, advisors, and management regarding claim statuses and warranty procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with automotive warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
