Facilities and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Operations Analyst to join our team at Special Service for Groups, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
The successful candidate will assist the Program Director of Housing Operations in supporting building operations and maintenance across multiple housing sites and offices. They will also contribute to project liaison, project management, and operations; program development; documentation management; and other administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with supporting building operations and maintenance at multiple housing sites and offices.
- Support the organizing, centralization, and maintenance of key operations documents.
- Assist in standardizing operations processes and developing and maintaining operations schedules.
- Develop and maintain step guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive building project management and housing operations initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and interdepartmental stakeholders on projects.
- Implement value adding and cost reduction initiatives.
- Partner with IT Support on information system setup needs during onboarding.
- Coordinate on-site logistics and telecommunications setup.
- Provide technical assistance to program personnel.
- Support group preparation activities.
- Represent the agency at local planning groups and community forums.
- Function as back-up for front-office reception as-needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Project Management software.
- Strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with PC hardware.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid California Driver's License.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
