Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a seasoned Food Service Site Director to lead our dining operations, drive innovation, and execute exceptional plans to delight our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a true leader to join our team and grow their skill set in meeting Aramark and client goals. As a Food Service Site Director, you will be responsible for managing teams, developing operational excellence, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance.
  • Client and Customer Relations: Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress. Adopt Aramark processes and systems.
  • Revenue Growth and Budget Management: Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls with regard to food, beverage, and labor.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals, including food and labor. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
  • Staff Development: Build and develop supervisory staff to become future leaders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
