We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines customer service representative to join our team at Schueller & Associates.
The ideal candidate will have a property and casualty license and knowledge of AMS 360 or similar management database.
Responsibilities will include direct interaction with existing and new clients, working with agents to manage personal lines accounts, and assisting with small commercial accounts as needed.
This is a 4-day per week position in our downtown Milwaukee office.
Requirements- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- MUST have personal lines insurance knowledge with a current State of WI insurance license
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Salary is dependent on hours, with a range of $40,000 - $50,000. Benefits include 100% ER paid medical insurance and profit sharing after 1 year.
