U-Box Customer Care Representative Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a U-Box Customer Care Representative. As a CCR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive their U-Box containers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport storage containers to and from specified destinations
  • Load and unload storage containers for delivery
  • Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
Requirements
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Department of Transportation certification
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL)
Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, and lifting. You must be able to move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
